Greetings,
We just signed a lease on a new building. Well, not exactly new. It needs a ton of work. First of all, it has great potential. It is a free standing building in City Heights, so no worries about the neighbors getting mad at us for their car alarms going off or people sitting in their front yards waiting for the food to be distributed. It has plenty of room for things or departments to have their own space without juggling for space all the time. It is on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot that is fenced in so lots of space for our children to play and be safe. We have a blank slate, super cool landlords and there is peace!!! We want to add a little prayer garden, greenhouse and hopefully pour a slab and put a basketball hoop up. Lots of ideas!!!!
We are needing help. We are looking for some folks to come alongside in the area of electrical, plumbing, and roofing. We are needing paint, doors, windows, drywall, plywood, pavers, gravel, shelving, etc. We are also wanting to create a park setting in the yard- tables, chairs, and benches.
